A really impressive business. While the front part is a cozy coffee shop just down an alley off the main shopping centre, the back is a thriving cake bakery. There's a glass screen, so you can watch the experts at work! Everything visible in the windows can be ordered in the shop, including a truly dazzling array of celebration cakes. Best of all, they sell cake decorating supplies. You can ask any questions, so you know you're getting expert advice from a top Baker!

Such a beautiful little place with absolutely cracking cakes. As I write this review I'm walking over to get a sandwich and a coffee. The staff are professional and courteous, the venue is like the tardis (it's bigger on the inside) and well decorated with extra seating in front and around the back of the cafe. The food is awesome. Cakes, bread and coffee. Can't go wrong.

Beautiful afternoon tea takeaway. They were very accommodating when requesting to change some items in the afternoon tea selection and upon collection it looked amazing but most importantly, it tasted delicious. Highly recommended to anyone fancying a special treat.

Fabulous place But go early if you want certain things as most things sell out fast! Cakes are fabulous, good portions too Various variety of scones as well Plenty of choice of hot pasties They occasionally do trifles and Manchester tarts too. Small cafe area so you can sit and drool or graze on cake or both! Staff are lovely, friendly, polite and helpful And the occasion cakes are unreal, fabulous designs. A must visit!

Amazing cakes, we use them every year for special occasions. The cafe is also lovely and the staff are friendly.

Dawn is an absolute talent! We went to her for a cake tasting last year for our Wedding cake and we looked no where else. Her little shop is absolutely adorable and her cakes were absolutely delicious! The tasting was complimentary and she also gave us a cuppa to go with it! Our florist was next door to her (avoid at all costs!) and she had to match up the flowers for our cake - she let me know that the florist had told her we had changed colourscheme when we had not and managed to create the most beautiful flower arrangement without knowing our flowers. The cake itself was huge - and we couldn't believe what Dawn had produced for our budget. We were over the moon and our guests all complimented how amazing it looked as well as the taste of both flavours! Thank you so much for being so lovely. We will definitely be visiting whenever we come up to Saltburn. Laura & Lewis x

Can't beat the lemon drizzle cake from here. The ladies are always friendly and helpful no matter how busy it gets. I have eaten lunch here, and the food was fresh and hot (I had a toasted panini) and the coffee tasty. Don't forget to use your stamp card to get a free one eventually. I have ordered cakes here every year for my son and, quite frankly, they knock it out of the park every time (see this years below - Arctic wolf with a very moist chocolate fudge cake inside). I recommend ordering a minimum of 4 months inadvance though as they have a long list or orders. I am very happy and will continue to be a customer.
